Romantic Cottage from the 19 century –Almhof Katharina
It is in a beautifull peacefull place and closed to two skiing areas . Almhof Katharina is a cozy romantic self-catering hut for 15 people, very unique peaceful private setting on 2 acres of ground, with a sledding hill fire pit. The Hut is about 500 m from the skibus or skitrain, which brings you to the Kitzbühel Alps Panorama Cablecar or to the Emerald Liftstation.

Our cottage is for self catering, there is a romantic Almhof from the 19 th century and still set up as before, but also with some comfort from today.
The place is unique, it is located in a secluded location on a 2 acre plot with views to the valley. Surrounded by fruit trees, you can sit undisturbed in the summer in the garden, there is a fire place and grill. In winter the slopes are ideal for sledding. Directions by car to the house in summer, in winter, the path cleared to the house, with four-wheel drive and snow chains you can go to the house, otherwise there is parkingplace about 250 m before the house.
To the village Muehlbach it is about 1km , 2 km to the new Panoramacable-car in the Kitzbühel Alps, 2,5 km to the Wildkogel where is the Smaragad Cablecar, 1.5 km to the big supermarket. |

The Hut got about 180 m2 , entrancehall, small terrace with sitting area, bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed, kitchen with grandma's old wood stove and electric oven with 4 burners, dishwasher, 3 x fridge, 2 with freezer, coffee machine, all necessary items are present, large sitting area in the kitchen, satellite TV, even an extra room for smokers with an additional 4 seats, 1 bathroom, ski in the woodshed,
First Floor: 3 bedrooms, (3 triple, one of them sink in the room) Balcony
2 showers, 1 toilet / sink in the hallway. Garden with barbecue and fire pit outside the house
In winter, the hill outside the house as a sliddinghill - or be used as a hang for ski beginners.
Slides are available and may be used free of charge.
Heated is with electric and wood, 5 wood stoves and 2 electric radiators . Hot water from electric waterboiler, plenty of wood available for free. Underneath the land, is the river Salzach and along comes a beautiful one mile long bicycle path.
